SILORA products ship from Thailand. Available shipping methods, cost and estimated delivery timing are shown during checkout based on the destination and carrier options available at the time of purchase.

Order preparation begins after payment confirmation. Processing time can vary depending on order timing and operations. Delivery information is shown before the order is completed whenever it is available from the carrier.

Shipping cost and timing

We do not use one fixed international rate or one delivery time for every destination. Final shipping options and charges depend on destination, parcel weight, dimensions and available carrier services, and are shown before the order is confirmed whenever available.

Tracking information is sent after dispatch when provided by the carrier.
